Who can act as a borrower on microcredit
In accordance with the current legal acts of the Russian Federation, the borrower on a loan in an MFI can be a capable Russian who has reached the age of majority. As part of the registration of a microloin, the client transmits certain information about himself. Data transmission is carried out via secure protocols. That is, unauthorized persons cannot intercept this signal and use the information received for criminal purposes.
In the future, all customer details in the MFI are stored in special electronic databases, access to which is available only to verified employees of the microcredit company. Personal information of borrowers is not transferred to anyone and nowhere. Exceptions can be considered those situations when customers violate the terms of the loan agreement and refuse to pay.
In this case, the data of the borrowers together with their contracts are transferred by agreement to the collection agency. After that, it is the collectors who are the actual holders of the debt. The possibility of such a transfer is prescribed in the contract between the client and the MFI. At the same time, the data of bona fide borrowers are never transferred to third parties.
How to get money on the loan
You can get 7000 rubles in debt in MFIs in several ways:
- cash (only at the ICC office);
- transfer to a bank account or personal card;
- transfer to electronic wallets;
- through the Contact transfer system (this method is best suited for those who have arrested accounts from the FSSP).
The client independently indicates when signing the loan agreement the method of obtaining a microloin, depending on his situation. At the same time, he should understand that the transfer of money to third-party services (for example, the Contact system) will be accompanied by additional commissions.
